Ordering Information

Please read the following information before placing any orders:

Samples

Before ordering your wedding stationery you will want to view a sample up close. Only then will you be able to decide which design is for you. Samples are only available as standard wedding invitations but can now be ordered in the colour scheme of your choice. You may order up to 3 samples at a charge of £2.00 each (deductible from your full wedding stationery order). To order a sample please view any of the designs and click ‘Order Sample’. Please indicate your colour choice in the additional information box provided on the paypal payment pages.

You may view your basket at any time by clicking on the ‘Shopping Basket’ option in the menu. Secure Online payment is via our provider PayPal, who accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Switch/Maestro or Solo. If you would like to pay by Cheque please contact us for information on how to do so. Once payment has been received sample orders will be dispatched within 21 days (in most cases samples will be despatched much sooner).

How To Place A Full Order

As each card is individually handmade we will require at least 7 to 9 weeks to produce your invitations. When you have viewed the samples and decided on your choice of design you will need to contact us for an order form. The total minimum order is 25 cards (which can be a mixture of any of the stationery items). Each design has a different order form so please state which design you wish to order.

Once we have received the completed order form together with 50% payment of the total order value we will produce and send proofs within 21 days. It is important to check all proofs carefully before approving them to avoid any misunderstandings or delays.

Providing we have all the relevant information regarding your order, your stationery will be dispatched 4 to 6 weeks from the date we receive your signed approval of the proofs along with payment of the remaining balance. If you require your stationery sooner please contact us as we may be able to provide a quicker service (this may incur additional costs).

We recommend ordering all of your stationery together to ensure design consistency. However, order of service and menu inserts, place card names and table plan details can be confirmed at a later date.

If ordering a table plan a separate order form / proofs will be sent to you.

Payment and Delivery
A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required when placing your full order. An invoice will be sent to you with the proofs. The remaining balance is payable on return of your signed proofs. We accept payment via cheque, Paypal (credit/debit card) or by cash in person (please do not send cash in the post). The cost of any samples ordered will be deducted from the full cost of your order if you order exceeds £50.00.

Delivery to any UK mainland address will be charged at the actual cost of postage. For security, orders are sent by guaranteed post and will require a signature on delivery. You will be contacted before dispatch to determine a convenient delivery time.

Refunds & Cancellations
All our stationery items are produced to a high standard. As each item is individually handmade slight variations may occur.

Each order is unique and made specifically to your requirements therefore refunds can only be made if there is a fault with the stationery. Please make sure that there are no spelling mistakes in the written instructions we receive (e.g. names of guests) as we will print them letter for letter.
